Rental conditions :

THE APARTMENT : is designed for 2 to 5 people

ANIMALS : Animals are not permitted in the apartment (except with prior arrangement)Tarif : 30 €/7 days/animal. In summer, you are fortunate to have marmots nesting closeby. You are in a regional naturel park where the wild animals are protected. Please see to it that your dog is not left loose.

RESPONSABILITY : I décline all responsability in the case of theft, luggage damage, valuable objects, cars, skis, cameras, etc... I also décline responsability in the case of an accident which might occur inside or outside the apartment.

CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT : When you take possession of the apartment, it will be clean. It is your responsability to maintain it. If you do not do so, I will be obliged to bill you for cleaning services.(The apartment will be inspected before your departure).
If you so wish, a cleaning lady may be hired to clean in your place. Count on  45 euros. In any case, you must put on the bedspreads correctly and fold and stack the blankets. The dishes must be put away, as well as games and books, all of which should be in perfect condition. All garbage eans should be emptied.

HEATING : Wintertime heating charges are included in the rental price. (Please think of turning off the heat when you open the windows ! !).

DEPARTURE TIME : Another family may be waiting to occupy the apartment. That is why I ask you to respect the departure time of 10 AM. Let me know at what time you expect to leave, so that I can inspect the apartment with you. 
You may wish to prolong your stay. Don't hesitate to ask me if it is possible.

Bed sheet rental : 1 pair of single bed sheets  90 + 1 pillowcase = 10 € – 1 pair of double bed sheets 140 ou 180 + 2 pillowcases = 15 €

Complete house hold linen rental : 3 tea towels  + 1 set of sheets with pillowcases  for each bed + 1 wash cloth and towel + 1 bath towel   + 1 table  napkin per person: 2 people = 20 € -  3 people = 35 € - 4 people = 45 € - 5 people = 60€
